What is MPT Club?

It’s reward privilege program for all MPT user. It makes your MPT experience better than ever. If you are MPT user, you can join MPT Club and get discount or special gift from MPT and MPT Club partners.

How to become MPT Club Member?

Starting from 8th Jan’20, MPT Club will change it points provision from top up to mobile usage.

MPT points will be granted to you daily based on your mobile usage with the minimum 1 point. If your usage points is not reaching to 1 Point, it will be saved for the next day.

MPT points provision will be in different rate based on your member level.

MPT Club Member level?

As soon as MPT mobile users registered into MPT Club, they are eligible to reach member level and can get MPT Club benefits.

Based on the 3 month average of mobile usage, your level and rewards will be differentiated.

1.What is MPT Club Member Program?

MPT Club member program is a new promoted program of MPT Club which will give more benefits to MPT Club member.

2. How does prepaid customer can earn the points?

Prepaid customer can earn the points base on usage amount according to their tier levels. Customer will receive the notification SMS in next day about how much points earning.

 

3. How does postpaid customer can earn the points?

Postpaid customer can earn the points base on usage amount according to their tier levels after the payment process is done. Customer will receive the notification SMS in next day about how much points earning.

4. What is the meaning of usage by customer?

It means that the amount of money which customer spend for making all transactions from main phone bill wallet. It includes Pay as you go, Packages, Service subscription fees (SDP, IDD, roaming service and VAS service).

5.How do point calculate?

Points are calculated based on daily usage within 1 day (24 hours).

6.Why I didn’t receive notification SMS?

Point is accumulated base on every usage from main phone bill wallet and customer will start getting notification SMS from 1 point collecting.

7.How about I using loan service (Yu Htar) and balance transfer, am I eligible to get point?

Loan service: customer can get point even they are using MPT service from loan service (Yu Htar) but when loan amount is paid back point will not be accumulated.

Balance transfer: transferred bill amount will not be count for point providing but additional transfer fee will be count for point providing.

1.How long do I get the benefits upon my current member level?

You can get the benefit upon your member level till 3 months.

2.How long do I need to wait to reach next member level?

If you have reach to next member level average usage amount customer can jump in next month immediately. Member level can be change monthly base on your usage criteria.

3.How about I can’t maintain current member level usage, will it be change immediately?

Although you can’t maintain current member level usage you can still have a chance to enjoy the current member level benefit till next 3 months.

4.What is the Diamond, Platinum and Member?

Diamond, Platinum and Member is the member level of MPT Club member Program. Customer will get the benefits upon current member level respectively.

5.What is the validity of each member level?

The validity of membership is 3 months. And, we will check and announce your progress of member status by monthly with SMS notification in every 1days of the month.
